I'll say an A if they sign a pass rusher. Right now it's a B. Gotta say A for effort. They've made a run at a few high profile guys, and signed the top guard available. A lot of the holes we have they've tried to address. Very refreshing after last seasons off season.

I'd say a B.

So far they've done better than the Titans have done in free agencies of the past, but compared to rest of the league they are a B. They've done a good job with locking down their "needs." But what keeps them from being an "A" in my estimation is overpaying for Levitre by a large amount, ticking off Washington, and then paying waaaay too much for Greene when they could've gotten similar production from someone considerably cheaper.
