C at best looks like another year of same old c and d list guys just hoping to stick to a roster. The oline and dline were somewhat addressed but for from resolved.
Probably a C+ because they did sign 1 rusher and a good guard. If they get a center and maybe 1 more guy it would help. I don't think this is the same old Titans because they were poised to sign/go after some good players (Williams, Wells etc) but Bud put everything on hold when he insisted they pursue Peyton.
What grade would you give the Titans so far in free agency?
