Who I've read about that's most likely to hit the open market are the following player I think the titans have to atleast consider to sign.
Brandon Moore - G Jets
Cliff Avril DE Lions or Osi -DE Nyg
Sean Smith Cb Dolphins
Dominic Raiola C Lions
I say Dominic Raiola because if we do take a center late or even keep Velasco (I hope we don't ) they can learn from this veteran. He's bound to get cut by Detroit and can provide leadership to a younger lineman and even if we draft Chance Warmack, he will help him out tremendously by playing next to him.
Sean Smith, he has problems vs smaller recievers but is a top corner when it comes to bigger recievers. Remember we are gonna vs Andre Johnson and Justin Blackmon for years to come. So Smith would be great to put on of those two. With McCourty on the other side and Verner in the slot. That's awesome.
Osi or Cliff Avril. Quite simple we need pass rush help. When your top sack getter has six that's not helping out your DBs who aren't the greatest in the league. I prefer Cliff but either one will do in this scenario.
Now Brandon Moore . The most likely I feel like to actually end up in tennessee. Man is a great run blocker who also can help Chance Warmack if we select him. Think about this scenario of the oline for a second . Roos-Warmack-Raiola-Moore-Stewart. That a playoff caliber line that will not only help CJ2K regain that 2k swagger. But will also help Jake Locker become the QB he's physically and mentally ready to be.
1st - Ed Reed is closing out his career and will ask for a ton of money. Better go for Byrd with a huge contract first.
2nd - Then go after Levitre from San Diego or Moore from the Jets. Resign Velasquez. He played much better by the end of the yr and will look much improved with 2 new guards next to him. In the next yr or so groom his replacement out of the draft. Finally draft a G/C in the first 3 rds of the draft.
3rd - Pick up a solid veteran pass rush DE. And then draft a DE in the first 3 rds of the draft.
BPA the rest of the draft......but being sure to pick up a CB, WR, S, and LB at some point later in the draft.

Instead of overpaying for free agent guys who are "looking to get paid", I think i would go with the veteran guys who have leadership skills and can play in a rotation. Ahmad Bradshaw would be a great #2 to CJ.Firery guy who has played in a timeshare his entire career.Richard Seymour would be a great locker room guy and a source for the young D line.Add a vet MLB who can run the D in case Colin Mc gets another concussion. It could end his career.Get a vet SS who can groom a young draftee. This team is only going to be as good as it can draft and develop the young guys.Right now this team has more holes than swiss cheese
