fantasy football question

  • Vincent Jackson is due to come off the suspended list next week. Is Jackson or Randy Moss a better play for the remainder of the season?

  • Darren is the fantasy expert, but I'd say it's a tossup. Moss obviously is in playing shape because he's been playing, and is maybe the best deep threat ever. The edge Jackson has is Philip Rivers, who is going to sling the ball all over the field, whereas Moss will still probably be somewhat contained by the Titans offensive scheme. Also, Jackson knows the Chargers system. Moss is still learning the offense here. If you made me pick one, I'd go with Moss because Jackson may be rusty.

  • This is a really good question and really difficult to answer.bashed
Terry made some really good points. I think you can make a case for Phillip Rivers being the best quarterback in the league. V. Jackson is going to jump into the mix in Week 11 of an NFL season, and we think he's not going to miss a beat?
Moss has joined a run-first offense. As we saw from Britt, the Titans can go deep if they so choose. I believe in the "rust factor", so my choice would be Randy 'One-Clap' Moss.
